Well it's still all going well. My only problem is at weekends when i work 9-5, i can never be bothered to make anything but i'm gonna rectify that this weekend. I can't get another spoons burger i'm sick of them now!
All the weights are going up nicely, as is my weight (up to 11.3 stone now). Target is an optimistic 13 stone by christmas.
Well i got on the scales this morning and i've lost 3lbs since last week (Ehh!?!). Weighed myself first thing after emptying as per usual. Maybe 3000 cals isn't enough....i'm gonna have to eat like richy at this rate!
Nailed 3x12 with 90kg on deadlifts today, woohoo! Very pleased with that one. Cals have gone up to 3200 also. Been perfect so far this week, going out tomorrow night though, but i'm not gonna drink a drop. Hopefully the ladies will notice the 1/8inch added to my guns :D
Very strange sesh today, was a comfortable few reps up on some things and a few down on others, my dumbell bench in particular was just appalling. I'm gonna put it down to lack of sleep over the weekend, but it's a bit odd.
Better news is that some huge guy in the gym asked to work in with me during squatting and he was using the same weight. He told me to keep up the squatting and i'll be big in no time. Cheers dude!
Weight has gone up since last week which is good. Eating around 3300 cals now but i'm not counting too strictly. I'm contemplating moving to a push/pull split now that i've finished my job and have a little more free time. I think my body would appreciate the change up as well as i always do full bodies. Might give the creatine a crack too.
Anyway, got 62.5kg for 3x12 on squats yesterday, my legs are really feeling it today. Also nailed 3x12 on dips with 5kg added on. Most of my weights are moving up nicely.

Well done, my weight has stalled. Are you keeping eye on how much is fat, or you not that bothered? Have you used creatine before? Did you respond well to it?
Not really keeping an eye on the fat, obviously if i start getting too obese i'll do something about it, but i'm not fussed about having a little belly at the moment.
Not tried creatine before so should be interesting.
Just measured my arms, they're both 1/2 inch up since i started (under 4 weeks ago). Wahoo! I know it's mainly muscle memory kicking in but i'm still very pleased.
