tbh i get bored on the rower, i just tend to use it for sprinting

level was 10 throughout "the ordeal" I did just over 11 minutes and managed just over 2000 metres.
Reduce the level to 5/6
Keep rep range between 28-30
Row, for however long it takes to complete 2000m
Then slowly increase rep-range; then start rowing at level 7 and look to increase distance and then over time, maintain distance but reduce time. You will reach a point, where you should be looking at increasing distance.
