I don't expect anyone to divulge their number, but how important is to you?
Would you expect to date someone with a similar number to yourself (so you're not a hypocrite) or is it arbitrary?
Personally, I think it is quite important, whether male or female, what I would judge as a high number would put me off someone. Saying that, I wouldn't want to date a virgin or complete novice either.
What number would be inappropriate to you Loki - can you give us a ball park?
Well at my age, personally I feel that much more than 10 would put me off. As at 21 that's probably a few ONS (which is the element that puts me off) or short relationships that might give a hint to their character.
So really, if you were going to date a guy and he had slept with say 50 women (the majority one night stands) - that wouldn't make you think you were just another notch in his bed post or make you hold out?
However on the other hand it wouldn't, as long as they were checked :)
Well that's all well and good, but suggesting that your new partner get themselves tested implies you think they are a tart and hard to phrase tactfully!

Not at all! It suggests being reponsible. Have you never been checked out?

an awkward conversation is better than an STI any day of the week I'm sure.

I have indeed, admittedly after being irresponsible. After the tests I will never be unsafe again, things are just not meant to go down there!
And you can't plan when you are going to get down to it really, so stopping mid-congical to say "hey, have you ever been to the clap clinic?" might kill the mood somewhat...

I am confused, i thought you were talking about a relationship, and how many would you consider too many in a partner - are you now talking about a one night stand?
And yes, while it may kill the mood, its better than killing u.
