The low fat cheese is pale blue pack like Mansized baby blue.
They also do one called " Fitness Yoghurt" which has about 7% fat and 150 cals per 100g and makes a great "bread spread".
Same price as the low fat one and a lot cheaper than Philly.

Okay, here are my official statistics.

I don't know. I hate calorie counting and if you're not the kind of person to do it, I don't see the benefit. It just bogs you down and wears you out and makes you obsessed.
In essence, all I am doing is watching what I eat. This does mean NO alcohol though, and NO junk food. Anything I put in my body that doesn't have nutritional benefits, or where what nutritional benefits it has are outweighed by fat/calorie content then I won't eat it. No deep fried stuff either
I won't be going to ANY fast food restaurants unless it's a healthy sub from Subway. About the most unhealthy thing I ate this week was beans on toast.
Anyone who doesn't want to radicaly change their diet or become obsessed by calorie counting and scaremongering themselves can follow my progress. :o) Nice and easy and persistent.

that is what I am going to go for. My last attempts have always been strict, obviously too strict for me to keep up with, hence why I always give up.
Untensed arm is usually measured with it relaxed and to your side.

Cool, Matt.
That's why I am doing this over a year too, not some 8-12 week plan.
Jimmie, yep worked for you, so anyone can do it!
