Hi Guys,
I'm people call me Sizzler, Sizzles, I'm 20 & I gotta say the motivation and support I have seen on this site is incredible.. I am definitely a hands up to take up the Daniel Craig Challenge as seen from this post of Jealer - http://www.mansized.co.uk/talk/thread.phtml/thread6809/page1 .

I will be able to post up pictures of my current body etc asap as I am so keen to do this, I just need to be pointed into the right direction with dieting and recommendations. I really appreciate it guys & look forward to working with all of you.

Thanks :)

A very warm Mansized welcome to you Sizzler!

Why not start your own log on the training thread - Will's top tip is to pick an eye catching title to the thread so people notice you :-)

The Daniel Craig plan is a great one as are all of Anthony the MZ Fitness Editor's plan - have a read through Ben's log too as he has been training using it.

If you have any specific questions about the plan or training in general just post a question on your thread for help and support from Mansizers or post @ Anthony on the Q&A thread.

What is your current fitness level and are you looking to lose some lard as well as build muscle?

Thanks PJ... Great advice! My current fitness levels are slim I think I'm 6ft 2 inches, Weigh between 79 - 81 KG It fluctuates very easily, I'm slim I would say, medium build, and would love to build up some size and muscle all the way! :)

I will check out Ben's log! Basically I was more concerned about dieting, but I will post some pictures up within the next 25 minutes so you can see my body shape & structure.

:) Thanks again!

Hey Sizzler, welcome to Mansized.

What part of OZ are you in ? One of the regulars here emigrated to Perth (I think), and hasn't been seen since. I've got friends in Perth and Sydney - one day, I'll get to visit them.

As you've already found, there is lots of support here - the encouragement of this lot helped me to lose about 25kg, and to drop my bodyfat from 33% to under 15%! I couldn't have done it without them.
