Is there some way we can put all the previous before and after pics from peoples challenges into one thread, with no words or discussion so that people can just browse them for motivation and not have to trawl through all the pages of someones log please?
Just pictures and next to it, the persons name, no comments.
Thanks.

I was going to do this for the DD challenge, but it would have been nice if you could put some words ie Gprim : Photos, Johnny photos, but I dont think you can do that as things stand?

Here's a big chunk of them if that helps:
Past Challengers
There are some missing, but there are a load to get your teeth into, along with a roundup of each of their results.

I was thinking more along the lines of, everyone taking the time to find their before and after photos and pasting them here.

I think you'll find they don't all still post. Here's the ones I linked to above though to start the ball rolling if you want them all in the one thread.

What's happened to them all Anthony? Do they all still work out? Or have they reverted back to their old habits? Are you still in contact with them? And the ones you trained on Men's Health? Oh! And Alex and Nat from your site, what're they upto? Question! Question! Question!

You wouldn't be altering facts to make it look like HIT is the answer to everything would you Ant?!
LAWilson wrote:
Day 1 - Chest, abs
Day 2 - Back, Calves
Day 3 - Arms
Day 4 - Rest
Day 5 - Legs, abs
Day 6 - Shoulders
Day 7 - Rest
That doen't look like a standard HIT plan to me.

Spud and BFG I'm very good friends with now. Spud worked out at home for a while, but has recently joined a gym again, and BFG got a very time sapping stressful job which has him commuting from Bedford to London.
Fatbutgettingthinner got a time sapping stressful job too, so haven't heard from him in a long while.
Jas I didn't hear from after the challenge, but doing a quick search on him, looks like he's joined BBC Asia radio so, assuming he's still there, looks to be doing well for himself. Don't obviously know about his working out.
Alex and Nat last time I heard from them was a couple of years ago. I do know that before I lost contact, Alex had trained his way up to the low 200's.
Anyone in particular I might be able to shed some light on for you?

No, I actually watered down his plan when he posted it for someone. His version was more traditional in that it was full body, 3 times per week, 12 exercises, 1 set per exercise to failure, no rest in between. He also had Squats and Deadlifts in each session.
I forget who he posted the details to, but what I did to make that more appropriate to the masses, rather than those with LA's superhuman genetics was cut it down to 8-10 exercises, 2-3 times per week, and alternate certain exerrcises.
I'd reccomend most people adjust in the same way if they want to keep the gains coming long term.

You could well be right, he chops and changes his plan every 6-12 weeks if I remember rightly. He's also done a massive volume six day split at one stage, and with his genetics managed to recover and gain too! Awesome stuff.
As we said in the MM07 blurb, LA's our very own Mr Universe. Shame he was never heard from again when he shipped off to Oz.
