Cranberries? How odd! I don't think I've actually ever eaten one, only had cranberry sauce /juice.
I can't be bothered with dinner now, altho fruit soounds good, might have some grapes and plum and banana instead. Good day?

Please tell me Tesco health Almonds are good for you? They are unroasted and unsalted and I try to eat about 30g every morning.
Also the healthy apricots and figs (dried).

playing it cool of course :P
I spent the morning personal training a woman recently diagnosed with arthritis in her spine which was great as he was getting really depressed until I kicked her up the arse. Then got two new clients (yay).
All going great until I had to cancel one of our regular member's contracts as she's been diagnosed with stomach cancer and now has a week to live :(.
