btw, Phoe, I called in at that place I was telling you about the other day. Their stuff seems pretty cheap, and loads of variety and they know their stuff. Think they do mail order, but not sure if they have a website...
OK, so you getting something from there?
Might do - once I know I can keep the crap cut out!
They say they can normally sell for lower than the price on the tub too :)
Did a 3-4 mile run last week the day after my back workout. Chest on Thurs and shoulders and traps on Saturday.
Played 90 mins of football on Sunday in the baking heat so I am sore now (first game in 2 years).
Couldn't get a tan in 50C Dubai but managed to get sun burnt playing football in Scotland! Go figure.
I think trying to get a tan in 50 degrees in Dubai would be asking for trouble !
You've mended your ankle then
I was actually quite pleased yesterday as I have had all sorts of issues with my legs that have required physios and chiropodists to have a bash at them and they were fine yesterday. Except for getting cramp in my calf (which is pretty common).

So when is legs day ;) Or is that the running and footie?
So how are you gonna hold onto the muscle with all that cardio>?
I was planning legs on Saturday but I only got told about football on Friday. Doing legs the day before would have been a bad plan. Planning on doing them tomorrow (although there is another match tomorrow night but I doubt I will be out of the office in time).
Lots of protein in my diet. I mostly do intervals after workouts so that shouldn't be too catabolic. They other runs are fairly steady state. If anything it'll be the football that is the problem. I think there is a bit of hysteria about doing cardio and it chewing away muscle.
If I lose the fat and a few pounds of muscle I will be happy enough. I think I am leaning out already and maintaing my size.

Shuts used to do his legs workout before footie when he was in Cornwall, it didn't seem to do his leg muscles any harm.
I'm sure 90 minutes of footie won't hurt in the grand scheme of things - and besides, Jock probably spent most of the 90 at the touchline gasping for air

Not going for Mr Olympia then ;P It's good if you can reach a point where you are reasonably happy and just maintain rather than going through a horrible bulk/cut endless cycle.
As long as you don't end up like poor Johnny BB and losing all your progress by cutting.
