Cravings for junk food are at an all time low and im not missing it at all. My housemate had a take out last night and it actually smelt and looked awful lol.

Good attitude dude, junk food does look awful after you've been getting good nutritious grub down you. If I eat junk now, I find I feel awful too, much rather get the good stuff down me :)

Will be job hunting next week and trying to balance money etc, shouldnt affect my gym or cardio session's next week but it will depend on interview's etc and if i am fortunate enough to find a temp job asap. We shall see.

That's a bugger - how is the proper job hunt going? Temp market, especially oop north, seems a bt slow at the mo, but get the agencies on hand and you will have something soon. It'll be nice to have a little break too, even if no dosh limits what you can do...

Keep on at it, and keep on gymming! :)

Nope your right, its not that bad. Problem is I need to avoid it otherwise I would just start to slip into bad habits. I am trying to lose weight at the end of the day :-)

Hey all, been a pretty hectic week this week but so far I have managed to fit in my workout's ok.

Diet wise however has been tough and have found myself eating certain foods and snacks I really shouldnt.

Weigh in on Sunday so will get to see what damage, if any, has been done. Goals next week are to really focus hard on the diet, update my log a little bit more frequently and push hard through all my workouts :-)

Need to stay motivated, getting tough.

Look at your first post. What are your goals, and why do you want to achieve them?

Well its weigh in day today and I came in at 91.4kg an increase :-(

Diet caught up with me and now I am seeing the consequences. Even further from my target and it serves me right.

This week I need to really push hard both with my workout's and diet. It will probably take me at least a week to get back down to under 90kg.

Will push hard all week.
