OMG, it is SOOOOO hot this afternoon, and really muggy and humid now too!

Yep, walked the mile home from the station for the second day running and today's definitely as humid as yesterday, the breeze made no difference. Got back and needed a second bath, so forget going out again!

Whilst I await my results, today was Batman day - the soundtrack arrived from Play, then went to town to catch it with a mate who also had a half-day off. The money's on the screen, the full length of its two and a half hours isn't wasted, they kept the sense of a city full of villains whether normal like the mafia or freakish like The Joker, it really was epic, and it was worth paying the dosh to go to the Odeon Leicester Square and being able to see the whole screen from the upper circle - so my eyes haven't turned oblong.

So! Off to listen to the soundtrack properly while I work out what snack to have for dinner.

Cooling sea breezes here. There is a fun-fare on the Prom and it as heaving with Folks when I arrived home.

There is a big free concert and firework display tomorrow - it has rained the last 2years- lets hope it is dry and warm this time.
