If I drank alone I would find it easier to stop doing it so much... I like the social side of it though then seem to "gain a head of steam" and just go mad...
Well hopefully my house will sell and I'll be further away from pubs to have it so handy.. I know it's not the best solution but I feel something needs to change to get a grip of this.

Or you could start making the effort as you have done with your drinking diary. Waiting for something else to happen (esp something as unpredictable as house selling) is just asing for trouble.
Maybe you shold get someone to film you next time you come home trashed, and you can watch that next time you need motivation...
Trained chest and arms last night.... blody hard work it was too, I was still feeling the weekend so had to make some serious effort to get the blood flowing:
Worked upper chest harder than lower for a change
Incline press Dumbell, barbell & flys
Flat bench at the end to just hit lower chest, not heavy 80kg max and chest repping out.
Arms
4 x dumbell curl
4 x barbell curl (heavy on both)
Ok then I had two beers last night to relax as I found the whole day quite stressful, they did help as it was nice to sit and chill.
Keeping track of my intake of booze this way is odd, I had contemplated not putting last nights couple up but I though I should as it's for me and not for anything else.
Anyway, it's back and shoulders day today, looking forward to that and will ensure that my training partner turns up too!
