Since we were talking about training, I will offer my thoughts on the following:-
1) Train through any injury as your body will get fed up with being in pain and heal itself.
2) All this ‘drink 4 litres of water per day’ advice is nonsense. Drink only after you have had a pee, simple common sense. Likewise, only eat after you poo.
3) You can train at the gym every day because you are sat down on your ass all day. All this 24hrs rest between workouts is nonsense. You sit on your ass all day, that’s enough rest for you.
