hi i don't know about GHD, and sorry for jumping in, but i'd like to know how to recreate that lamb and chicken tikka you get from the take away, not the one with all the sauce just the dry one. i think its ment to be healthy because its just the meat with a mixture of spices.

Hey Mark

One thing I did a while back that I found useful was to go through all of PJ's meal & recipe threads & copy & paste the ones you like the look of into Word. You still have to trawl through them but makes things a lot easier in the long run :)
