Have you had anything back from my 3 mates Wes?

Not had chance yet mate. My laptop has died so I'm going to use my dads on weekend and get in touch.

Which station? Or do they sort that out after? There's two near me, Stalybridge an a new one at Ashton. Good luck by the way!

I think they sort it out afterwards. Could be anywhere in greater Manchester though.

Cheers mate.

Had a good weekends training.

Saturday was evil training from hell with the fit lads. I need to lose about 2 stone to keep up with them. They're all like whippets.

Pushing a car around a car park hurts.

Yesterday I took my princess swimming. She tired me out. I never knew you can make up so many games with water. We played dolphins/sharks. This game consists of her riding on my back while I try and swim/drown. Then we played motorbikes with me dragging her all around the pool on some expandable foam type thing. Then we played get in the big pool and splash each other with the freezing water, then run back into the warm pool. We did loads more games too but I'm too tired to remember. I was shattered anyway.

The weekend was interspersed with mucho DIY. I was stripping wallpaper all weekend, so that was like my sauna.

I won't be training tonight as I want a good nights sleep before my test tomorrow afternoon.

Very true. Your thinking just goes out the window if you change the way you train. When I do normal deadlifts, I do sort of a pre routine thing where my back is sorted. With that I just jumped down and picked the thing up in the hope of not dying.

Really good fun with a bunch of people though. I'm not looking forward to training on my own now.

I got bit to shreds by some stupid midges. Those crackhead horses must have crackhead midges.

Been a while since I posted.

Had a good session with Shuts the other night. Well I'd already finished my training by th etime Finn, Greg and Shuts had arrived but we messed around on the machines. Finn and Greg did some cool stuff while me and shuts gassed.

I think I got a PB on the leg press of 440kgs. I could go much heavier if I was going for 1rm but the weight was cool. I feel I'm getting my strength back.

After weighing myself at Finns gym, I'm about 95kg. About half a stone heavier than the cheap scales at my grans say. Nay bother anyway, I'm leaning up and feel fitter.

Had a lazy week last week. I trained wednesday, then went swimming on thursday and sunday. Weight training tonight. Looking forward to the gym.

I've still got weeks to wait for my fire test results. They were much harder than I expected but I think I did well.

I'm a strong lad mate. Just my joints in my upper body have stopped me being strong up top.

Fair play mate! How much are you squatting and deadlifting at the moment?
