I suspect he means Shuts was the first to take his shirt off - saves on the washing now that he doesn't have his mum to do it for him,

Todays workout:

Did the scaled crossfit WOD:

"Nasty Girls"
3 rounds for time of:
- 50 Squats
- 21 pullups (jumping)
- 21 dips
- 35kg Hang power cleans, 10 reps

Time: 18mins 47secs

Original one called for 7 muscle ups instead of the pullups and dips. My first time doing hang cleans, so I used 35kg instead of 60kg.

Was holding back the vomit after round 2 :S

Wes, Shuts, Ender and myself headed down the gym for some nakedness and beasting.

Fight Gone Bad:
3 Rounds:
- Rowing Machine
- Thrusters (20kg) (subbed for wall ball)
- Sumo Deadlift High Pull (30kg)
- Box Jumps (20")
- Push Press (30kg)
- Rest

Each station lasts for 1 minute, you do as many reps (calories on rower) as you can in the minute, then move onto the next station.

the idea is each station works a different muscle group, allowing the previous to recover somewhat, the result is a devastatingly good workout. Maybe next time we should try for 5 rounds, or put some pushups/dips in there ;)

I started on the box jump and knocked out 50 reps, which fucked me over :S

Some silly person interrupted finn at the end, so he missed out on a couple of minutes of it, but made up 1 minute on the rower.


After we made some sweat angels in the gym, we went outside and did some more car pushing.

Car pushing is a fairly brutal workout on the quads and calves. After that we collapsed.
