one buisuit? i can never just have one, one turns into 2 then 3 then by he time my brain has caught up half a packet has gone! that why sometimes i try not to even open a box as i know its like pandorars box! (god my spelling is poor! soz). I might sometime buy those mini lunch box "bags" with mini hob nobs in so at least i open a packet and finish it it only equates to 2-3 "real" size ones.

trick is to run in sainsbury( thus doing some cardio), skate around on healys around he aisles as fast as possible and never go straight to the treat aisles

You know, I've nearly lost half a stone already :-S

It's a bit alarming really although I did feel a bit crap yesterday. I don't think I ate enough and was a bit knackered by the end of the week. I'm off the sauce too which will help and I'm not really missing the cake/pud etc. I made pancakes this morning and ate two little ones ( without additions) but they had pizza and pud last night and I stuck to a bowl of a pasta thingie I do with cauliflower and red chilis.

It seems to be going well... I'll wait until I'm stable at half way though before I have my treat ( I don't know what it is yet anyway so there's no hurry)

Off out for another walk this evening with H which will be nice.
I'm not sure I've lost much this week but I've stuck faithfully to my diet and have eaten lots of fruit and veg which is fine.
I'm happy to be consolidating my loss though, I'm not in too much of a hurry.

In other news, I'm a bit droopy again this week. I think by the end of the week ( today on this occasion) I'm really tired out with the job/house/family. I don't know whether the lack of comfort food, sugar and stodge is making me a bit low.

Maybe I'm being a bit over strict on the diet.

The lower amount of calories would certainly be the obviously explanation for you not feeling so chiper. Perhaps replace some of the fruit and veg for slower digesting carbs like wholegrain and the like?

Well................ I've been away for a few days and less in control of what I've eaten but I'm happy to say that I've kept the weight off somehow.

I did manage a good walk on Tuesday and again a little tonight although I'm crazy tired now... but it's ok. I'm back on the diet as far as snacks and stuff goes.

I'm just getting on with it.. for the most part the diet is my norm now. I might have another little drive to get rid of some more but basically I'm half way through and having to buy some new clothes.

I'm still a little horrified at how easy it's been and how much left there is that's available to ditch before I need to stop.

I've been thinking about other sorts of exercise lately too...... might think about that a little longer though. :-)

Is this only week 5 I feel like it's been going on for ever.
