I doubt your over training. Maybe you need more carbs?
I think I eat plenty of carbs. Maybe!
dunno, just thinking of boxers/footballers etc that train everyday, they eat loads of pasta etc.
If your aching though isn't that a good thing?
I had really bad DOMS in my traps, upper shoulders/traps since Saturday.
Its kind of fading now.
Its more dull aches, been rolling my shoulders alot to try and loosen them.
I dont mind the aches per say, but just looking at my first post in this thread from June, seems I was getting that then towards the end of a training period.
Maybe I should see how I feel over the next few weeks, I might ask Anthony too.
If I feel I need a few sessions off the gym, then I will.

Why do you say that? I thought it was quite a common thing with newbies who think they can train every day. I;m guessing that isn't your problem, lardass.

Thanks for the link Shuts.
So I am not overtrained seems the common view.
I probably tend to disagree, but what do I know!
Thanks everyone.

Thought I had asked this before.
Been feeling achy all week, and dont feel like the gym tonight (as I didnt on Monday).
I am going to go tonight anyway, just wondering if I am over trained, but I find this unlikely after only 5 weeks training?
HI Anthony,
I wouldnt mind your opinion?
Thanks.
