Chins and dips to finish

Just had post workout shake and two chinese streamed buns with pork..bit different but its the wkend. Gonna treat and have an indian takeout 2nite, but it'l be quite healthy, dry meat, maybe a nann and plain rice. with saag and okra

ummm indeedy just had it i)king prawn tandori ii) chicken naramish jarfazi thing iii) bindi bhalji iv)veg samba and one nan and i cooked my own rice...i love dipping the nan in that rita stuff and all the sauces...lots of cals but it only a once monthly treat ..

weight in this morning, 57kg! my BF is now according to the super-dupar scales has gone up from 5.5% to 6.5! that worries me a bit!

Anyway,

went for swim and golf today, nice gently sports in the "indian" summer wkend.
Diet so far-

B4 swim- banana, milk.
After swim- banana, oats and milk. pancake with cheese
-golf-
after golf- sunday breaky, french toast with wholemeal baguete. Tomato and baked beans. Then packate of baked crisps (really needed two bags!), another pancake and some lat loaf with cheese.
-now- some cereal and choco milk, sandwich and some left over chicken tikka i got (that dam red stuff gets everywhere!
-diner is a pork roast! yeah!

so far- been feeling much more hungry. maybe due to metabolism going up or something. i got an interview in Lnd for a new job on tues so got the day off. Might hit the gym for weight sess then.

Most bodyfat scales are not v accurate.

Why would going from 5 to 6% worry you? If you were 5%, that would be fairly unhealthy to begin with! Most cover models aren't that low. Please believe us oscar, you are NOT fat! far from it.

Phoenix is right - you need to get to "double figures" bf to get into the "normal range" zone.

Just keeping on training and enjoy your grub - you'll not get "fat" just fit, muscular and healthy.

cheers guys, i know those fat monitor on scales are a bit hit miss, so i try not to pay too much att to them.

Anyway diet yesterday was pretty much fill me up with as much as possible!

-finished 100g of malt loaf with low fat cheese.
-put yesterdays half baguet in the oven and had that with a few slices of tiger loaf- one with corned beef and pickle the other with some chicken tikka. then took a slice of lemon curd tart. also finished off a few oat bicys and ryvita museli. ooo and some cereal with milkshake.
-then the roast and ended up finishing the roast potatoes (i also had some rice as well) . so full and also full of sugar from my afternoon high that i didnt bother with usual fruit salad.

bk to work today so normal diet but i want to still eat lots, as obv the more i eat the hungrier i get= thus extra weight. i just need to listen to my body more, ie.e if i'm hungry or fancy something, i should just eat it.

going to chinatown for after interview lunch tomorow, might try out that dumpling inn.

just been to gym before treking into London.

Did usual

Squat
Bench (DB this time with some flyes mixed in)
Pullover
DL - felt quite weak (5 reps!) on this this morning, dont know why, leg coulda been hurting from squats.
BB BOR- again, back was weak? only 8 reps instead of 10 i did on Sat
Thus i decided to use the Row machine and then i think i strained my right lat, so that hurts a bit now!

Diet still high, trying to maintain it, instead of having one day eating tons then the next eating half then amount. Lunch will be out today- having dumplings and chinese bao. ummm.

didnt go to gym on Thurs, decided that i shall rest more and do better on saturday as my progress on uppin the weights hasnt improved for a few weeks.

Weight is around 57kg at the moment, diet good. maybe too much red meat for my liking (had beef casarole (Sp is really poor!) and pork ribs on Tues. Fish tonight with some oven chips and salad.

I'm gonna get some customised Whey protein/carb blend fron myprotein as i can custom my postwork out shake to exactly what i want, that website is great, if maybe too much choice!
