I am going to start swimming again next week, AP. Apparently work will pay for me to do the NPLQ (national pool lifeguard qualification) even though I have absolutely naff all to do with the pool.
I used to be able to do the 400m swim test in just over 6 minutes, but I imagine it would be closer to 10 now!
I have already helped myself to 3 pairs of the goggles in lost property, all I need now is my Borat thong and I am ready to roll....

several pairs of those are probably mine !
the goggles that is, not the thong ...
I'm sure you'll soon get back into the swing of it

Hopefully. Swimming is all about technique and I have developed lots of bad habits thanks to surfing - paddling on a board is a lot different to paddling yourself!

I'm doing 200m or so regularly now in and and around 5 minutes which is reasonable I think.
I'm not going to Michael Phelps ... but then again he sho is ugleeee .
but this morning when I in the changing rooms I tipped the clothes out of my bag and guess what landed on the floor ... a pair of little white lacy undies belonging to my darling wife.
never have I moved so fast ...
I assume they were lying with my tighty whities in the ironing pile and I just lifted both pairs
*cough* by accident *cough*
anyway, they don't half cut into the tops of my legs ...

Art, does the lace leave a funny bubble trail in the water?

A likely story !
Are you sure they weren't left over from last weekend's visit to see Liquidfit's favourite cross dresser ?

I was going to say actually wearing them in the pool would be way too weird ... but I have to admit to being strangely turned on at the thought ...
:D
