Hahaha. Not happened yet, i'm too much of a wuss.

Found myself a gym buddy for this year though which is good, provided he sticks to his word and goes, and is also prepared to do a proper workout with me.

Well i've been ill for a number of days now so not been to the gym for over 2 weeks in total. I can feel muscle dripping off me it's so frustrating, my arms feel like twigs.

I'm planning to go on Tuesday and i really am chomping at the bit. Workout and diet is all planned out at least.

freshers' flu?
Never mind mexo, just grit yuor teeth and eat as healthy as possible, stay off the beers until you're well to avoid depressing yuor immune system. Can you do bodyweight exercises in the meantime?

Went to the gym today, felt well ill and nearly fainted whilst squatting.

Anyway it was:
Squats
Chins
Bench
1 arm row
Arnie press

I've perked up a little now, a good nights sleep and hopefully i'll be fine tomorrow. I also now have not 1 but 2 gym buddies! Both clueless but at least i'll be made to go 3 times a week.

Nice that sounds like a full body routine to me.

When I did it I was doing:

Squats
SLDL
Military Pressing
Bench Pressing
Dumbbell Rowing
Dumbbell curling
Pull ups
Calf Raises.

That's ok but 8 exercises seems a bit too much, and i wouldn't think there's much need to do SLDL when you're already doing squats. It is nicely balanced however.
