Dips are bodyweight, quite surprised myself as previously I've been rubbish. Guess I was just in the zone. Might add weight next time.
I'm only up to 40kg on the EZ bar, theres no way I could curl a dumbell at 20kg! But I do need my benching weight to go up a bit. On the barbell I'm benching around 60kg for 10 reps.

Not updated for a week, naughty me! But in fairness, my power cable went tits up on my laptop, ordered a new one, that was the wrong model. So lost patience butchered my old one and managed to find some broken wires, now fixed after a lot of gaffer tape! Now back online again!
Not a great deal of training to write about. Did a workout early in the week. And last night did an impromptu German Volume Training Style 10 sets of 10 reps of Bench press, only 40kg as that is all the weights I have!
Today was much more fun as I did my 3rd solo parachute jump and bought the new 16gb iphone. Way too much excitement for one day!
My weigh in this week is a steady 170lbs, which is good to know that it doesn't all fall off when I don't train as hard and can't be bothered to eat so much.
I think this is the last week for part 1 of AIWFX so happy with a 5lb gain. Will attempt to have a strength check tomorrow during my workout if I manage to get out of bed in between my nightshifts.

parachuting huh? i guess the weather werent too bad where u are for that then...windy..rain..low clouds etc...
i also must have missed that you workout at home? how are you planning to progressin from 40kg bench? also whats a strenght test consist of?
good with the weighiin otherwise, and enjoy that iphone, i got the orginal one, still waiting for my stupid 18month contract to give up so i can upgrade or something...

Funny you mention that, weather was right on the limits. I was the only student jumper today, got pulled off the lift once and then put back on at last minute. Had to do my whole descent into wind as it was so strong, and ended landing with a backwards roll! Very happy though as my exit was really good!

Normally workout at the gym, home bench is just for the now and again when I cant be bothered leaving the house! When at home I just do some high rep stuff.

I think you can upgrade straightaway if yours is pre-3g. I am enjoying it though, it's awesome!!
