I am also on a bulk and I reckon in a cut the diet is even more difficult. My weight is going up too but my unlike you my body fat is going up with it.

cheers mate yeah pics are a bit crap. I feel good now at my new slightly bigger size. I am slightly fatter but it doesnt show. And that sunburn is from newquay time! I just stay tanned for ages! lol

What are your on-going goals now?

My original goals were to get close to 12 stone (160-165lbs) purely because that is the healthiest weight (according to BMI ) for my height but I'm actually pretty happy as I am and the number of cals I need are totally crazy now; 4000 to maintain is a challenge in itself so to get there might just be too much extra effort for very little extra gain.
Current plans are to just keep hitting the gym 2-3 times a week; work on strength and maintaion my size or take whatever small muscle gains come with the strength gains.
Then I'll re-assess how I feel (in the new year most likely).
what's your macro split like? What about using some extra fats to increase your calories?
not sure exactly I never calc it cus I know its generally about 25/20/55 (f/p/c)
He's definitely getting bigger each time I see him - in a good way. Not sure that you can actually analyze the macro splits in Pizza Express to easily !
His hot date was pretty impressed by his size too I hear ;-)
