Any point in taking BCAA supps? What about Carnosine?

BCAA’s are pretty much a waste of money. For what you’ll get in a pill, you’ll get a bugger load more in a chicken breast, and given the benefits of taking specific combinations of aminos are next to nil, I’d rather have the food!

Carnosine I’ve not heard of but will look into it for you.

Thought that may be the case with BCAA's.

If i gain say 1 and a half stone in three months, how much would you roughly estimate that to be added fat?

Impossible to say as people gain fat at different rates. For example, a former fat bloke has a greater disposition to fat storage than a naturally lean bloke.

Most men I believe have the genetic potential to gain around 10-15 lbs over a 3 month period, and as a rule I generally aim for around a 1-2 lb fat gain per 15-20 lbs of muscle gain.

How these figures relate to you though, only time will tell I’m afraid!

Since you already have lower than average bodyfat, you’ll be aiming to drop about ½-1% per week, so about 5-10 weeks total all being well.

Those on the wrong side of overweight could expect to drop 5% in about half that time.

10 WEEKS? Jesus i thought id sort it in a month...... ive got to do this diet and cut back on the training for 10 Weeks??

How much is lypo anyone??
