The Little Ones

The LA based five piece inject some sunshine into these oh so rainy days

Hot on the heels of their show stealing CMJ showcase in New York, the Little Ones – Ed Reyes (vocals/ guitar), Ian Moreno (guitar), Lee LaDouceur (keyboards), Brian Reyes (bass) and Greg Meyer (drums) – turn their attention to breaking the UK with the mini album Sing Song on 12th February.

They'll follow up with an extensive tour alongside the Boy Least Likely To, Tilly and the Wall and the Magic Numbers (dates posted on their official website).

It’s fair to say the band wear their west coast and classic pop influences (the Byrds, the Mamas and the Papas, the Postal Service) on their sleeve, crafting simple, effective guitar pop that will light up any room in the darkest hour.

But their music also has a remarkable depth and is not afraid to lift a few stones and explore the creepy crawlies residing in their hometown of LA.

Their first single ‘Oh, MJ!’ is released on 29th January.
