Do you tend to eat at set times EVERY day, or just when you find time and actually feel hungry? It just looks like such a mechanical eating regime
I work about 11–12 hours a day during the week at the moment so keeping to those times is very easy. Meals 2–5 are eaten at work and when I leave work to go home, which is only 5 minutes down the road, I'm ready to cook meal 6. I also work for about 6 hours on a Saturday and some Sundays. Only problem is meal 2, where I'm usually up and about or in a meeting at that time, so a protein bar is very handy. People tend to eat cereal bars and such in meetings so it's no problem pulling out a protein bar.
The only time it really differs is at the evening on weekends, when I usually go out. But then I usually stuff a protein bar or almonds in my pocket and I'm good to go. I'll lucky as my friends all like to go for a meal before we go out and everywhere we go there's good food on offer, so that's not a problem. Plus I rarely drink so I don't consume extra calories that way either.
