Workout from Tuesday, consisted of

Squat 115kg x12 115kg x12 115kg x12 (hard work and the bar beginning to hurt my neck and shoulders)
Vertical leg Press 255kg x12 255kg x10 255kg x16 (felt good on last set so kept going till I couldnt any more)
Leg Curl 98kg x12 98kg x12 98kg x12 (burn on this one lol)
Leg Extension 124kg x12 124kg x12 124kg x10 (felt my right knee twinge on this on so need to be careful of this one)
Calf Raise 124kg x20 124kg x25 124kg x30 (kept going till failure on each one)
Lunges 17.5kg dumbells in each hand and 3 sets of 8, felt more like a circuit training exercise.

Had a very good workout tuesday and enjoyed my rest day yesterday. So much so infact I didnt go to the gym this morning. I have made arrangements to go tomorrow, Saturday and Sunday so will get all my workouts in then.

Water intake has been better and ive been drinking about 5 bottles of 1.5 litres every day, feel much better for it too :-)

I have to say I couldnt resist weighing myself this morning after my lack of water intake last week. Never weighed myself ealry before; that I can recall anyway; so wasnt sure what to expect. weight currently 90.1kg :-0 Water % also dropped from 59% back down to 55%. Normally it is around 51-53% with me drinking water regularly so im really hoping to for a final push over the next couple of days and a result of under 90kg will be great.

Diet wise I have been sticking to around 1600 calories this week and it is pretty hard, feel hungry towards the end of the evening but I have a couple of spoonfuls of cottage cheese before bed and im ok till the morning. Puts calories at about 1665 calories to be exact :-)
