I am too used to working in my comfort zone, even though I think I have been trying hard.
I know that feeling.
This is why I always add a bit more if I can... I want to make sure I have come close to my limit.
I never get those DOMS although I get lots of pain when I am doing the exercise... I sometimes can't put down the weight properly and just let it go.
