So, I made it to the end of the MM08, having managed to add some weight, and lose a bit of my belly, which was noticed by a few of you!
GOALS
The goals this time around are pretty much as they always are with me:
- add some bulk (be good to get to 12.5 stone now, as am hovering around the 12 stone mark)
- be consistent in my gym going (three good sessions a week)
- sort my damn diet out (eat decent stuff, and cut down on the naughty but nice chocs/crips/cake, etc)
In a nutshell, I would like to be able to see the difference in my shape at the end of the challenge, in time for the summer drinkies in Cornwall at the end of June.

WEIGHT - 80kgs
BF - ?? (no scales/calipers to measure)
WAIST - 86cm
HIP - 84cm
CHEST - 93cm
BICEP - 29cm/34cm (tensed)
NECK - 39cm
PROGRAMME
After brief consultation with Anthony, and reading this post regarding changing programme I am going to continue on with the Daniel Craig workout - I am familiar and, more importantly, confident with the exercies; but I haven't followed it for 12 weeks consecutively. Also, it is a pretty quick workout to complete, which I like :)
