Until very recently I had not looked at this site for some time.
Revisiting here rekindled my interest in getting fit again.
That lead to a couple of questions - apologies very well in advance if they have been asked and answered before.
Also apologies if the answers are bleedin' obvious to everyone else...
1. Anthony's fitness workout and also the bellyoff workout plus virtually every workouyt I have seen, seem to take longer than 45 minutes. Also whenever one reads of people 'getting fit' they spend a couple of hours a day/every other day in the gym etc etc.
And yet when i visit sites like this which is a well known an respected site I read :
"
Myth #3 - You Have to Do Cardio 7 Days Per Week
You don’t need to workout everyday. The truth is, you only need to do 3 short workouts per week of 45 minutes. "
Now if that's true (the 3 x 45 mins a week and that's it) how com serious weight losers and serious fitness people, do a lot more than those 45 mins? In the MH mag, for example, the stories about people losing weight always have them doing far more exercise than the 45 mins x 3 a week. Often it's 5-7 days a week - even the government recommend more than 3 x 45 don't they?
So, what should I do?
2. I have been reading about the winner of Mansized 2008 and was very impressed. But why did everyone seem to follow the 'weights plan' and not the 'bellyoff plan' - or have I got that wrong?
Thanks
