I am not sure I could ever eat 4000 cals. What a massive task.
This week I am on 2000 and am lording it.
It would actually be very difficult to eat 4000 cals of clean food.
I would have to have like 6 weetabix, smoothies instead of fruit etc etc.
Maybe one day I wil give it a try.
