i've been fairly keen on eating this in recent weeks, eating it often, heres the breakdown on figures per serving:-
energy - 763kj/180kcal
protein - 20.0g
carbohydrate (of which sugars) - 18.7g (9.2g)
fat - 2.8g (of which saturates 0.3g)
fibre - 2.8g
sodium - 0.5g
per pack calories - 180 - 2.8g fat

this is supper with water
please advise if this is wise or foolhardy
