Good advice from Gubie there on spreading the calories and not cutting too much fat.
I find a 150 calorie "full fat" ie 3.5 g fat per 100ml natural yoghurt more filling than a very low fat added sugar one with the same calories.
Another good option for 140 cals is a slice of wholemeal bread with a scrape of sunflower type spread.
Takes longer to eat than a kit kat and is more filling Whit a bit of protein and fibre along with the carbs.
