Unfortunately my Taekwondo is definitely a number 2 category failure! I absolutely regret with all my heart ever stopping it. I've missed training so much over the past few years that I can't believe I haven't been back before now.

Turn your regrets into positive thoughts - eg. 'I am now in a better position to understand and accept critisism'. 'I am more open minded and able to learn more productively'. etc etc.

It sounds as though you have a good attitude for Martial Arts anyway, so I dont think that you need much help. Enjoy your session back in your class and dont be too impatient.

Good Luck
