It sounds as though you have a good attitude for Martial Arts anyway, so I dont think that you need much help. Enjoy your session back in your class and dont be too impatient.



Funny you should say that, it's what my instructor said when I visited on Tuesday night. Without wanting to sound big-headed, I could kick back in the day. I think that's going to be the hardest part, my mind will know what to do but my body won't do it!
