Another Wednesday, another update. I'll get to the point:
Weight 164.4lbs
Waist 29¾
Bulk is going well, still have to hold back eating too much because I could easily eat a lot more. My diet is listed below, which is what I'll continue with for the foreseeable future. My plan is, from my current weight, to hit a monthly increase of 2-3 pounds over the next 5–6 months. I'll adjust my calories as needed, i.e. I'll increase or decrease my carbs depending on my monthly gains.
Pre-workout 4 Weetabix and protein shake
Post-workout 5g Creatine and 20g Dextrose
Meal 1 7 large egg whites, 1 large whole egg and 160g oatmeal
Meal 2 Trioplex bar
Meal 3 Chicken or Turkey with 75g brown rice and veggies
Meal 4 Chicken or Turkey with wholemeal pitta bread and veggies
Meal 5 Apple and 20 almonds
Meal 6 Fish with salad and flaxseed oil
Meal 7 Protein shake and spoon full of natural peanut butter
On non-workout days I obviously won't have my pre-workout meal but I will take creatine with a couple of pieces of fruit.
