I don't like pasta and the only butter I have is natural peanut butter, but I like eating that on its own. To be honest I've eaten cleanly for so long now I've lost the urge to eat junk food. I had a Sunday roast a few weeks back and couldn't eat it, I could taste the salt on the veg, I never add salt on any of my foods, and I could feel the fat coming through the pours of my skin after eating a roast potato, which made be feel sick. So I had scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast, I'm not too keen on bread either but that's all that was on offer.

I put tabasco sauce and a little black pepper on my eggs in the morning, that's about it. I just like the natural taste of my foods.

The only junk food I can eat are curries, vindaloo's and phals. Which I usually have once or twice a month. Nothing like a good hot curry to clear the system.

The last time I had a drink was Glastonbury, and that was only one pint of Borrow Hill cider. Looking back, the last time, and only time this year, I got drunk was a boys night out for my mate who's gone to Australia for a year. I've already put on a little fat, but I put that down to increasing my calories too quickly after my cut.
