Hi,

Not sure if anyone can help, but, i'm currently using the Daniel Craig workout and enjoying it very much apart from two things, the deadlifts and the parallel bar lifts. I get lower back problems and have an annoying tendinitis injury that reoccurs in my right shoulder.

What can i replace the deadlifts and parallel lifts for?
Are there any exersizes recommended to help ease my tendinitis? I'm currently doing stuff to strengthen my rotary cuff.

Any help or advise will be gladly recieved.
