the deadlifts and the parallel bar lifts. I get lower back problems and have an annoying tendinitis injury that reoccurs in my right shoulder.
What can i replace the deadlifts and parallel lifts for?
How is your form on the deadlifts? It needs to be 100% perfect. If I'm lax with my deadlift form in anyway I can be guaranteed lower back discomfort the next day.
Does the DC workout offer alternatives? I know on the Gym Rat workout it offers Back Extensions as an alternative to Stiff Legged Deadlifts. I guess for parallel bar lifts a tricep pushdown movement would be a worthy alternative
