Hey,

I have 14 weeks to lose the spare tire round my waist and try and get to a level I was 2 years ago where I slugged and sweated and reached 93kg before giving up. How stupid was I doing that.

I have tried alsorts to get fit, not worry about weight, posted numerous logs, entered challanges... Yet nothing seems to get me off my fat lardy arse long enough to keep the momentum.

Current weight 105.2KG aroung 16.5 stone- Target in 14 weeks is 85.2kg- when I go on holiday. Im not expecting big muscles, six pack etc. Just a way to burn off all this fat around my waist, neck chin etc. There is a lot.

My main downfall is generally my diet, I love fatty food- addicted in fact. Even when I was going to the gym 3 times a week. football twice a week etc I got fitter but my weight (and more importantly my waist size) has always stayed the same.

I know the lose your love handles regime is my best bet for losing the fat, whilst retaining the little muscle I have but I know I wont stick to the calorie factor.

Therfore im a little bit lost as to what is best. I know its going to take all my energy and effort to do it, even get close to it.

20kg in 14 weeks, possible?? It is 3 pounds a week. Maybe to start with 3pounds is achieavable but towards the end Im not sure.

Any advice appreciated?
