How do you perform the sets:

set1 right only, set2 left only
or
rep1 right, rep2 left ....


I have the same problem as you, so I start the first set with my left side and then the second rep is right side.

I am doing 3 sets, then I start sets1 and 3 with left-side; and second with right.

If I have done some sprinting or sprint-based training, then I start the sets with my left side.


Even when I do this, I do notice that sometimes my left-side may not be able to do the final rep; yet the right-side can on the next set.



My problem is that the right-side is stronger because of cycling, I use my right left for braking and when starting-off.
