Just done my first workout of week three.

For deadlifts I did 100x5, 110x5, 118x6, 118x5, 118x5, 125x3.
Only improved on last time by a couple of reps.

I think i'll probably just get to my deadlift target of 130kg x 5 by the end of the challenge.

you managed 125kgx3 today so arent exactly far off!
