Shoulder presses are hard anyway- and they are coming "later" in your workout so not surprised you were finding it hard to increase.
It can be a problem with gym machines can't it when the increments are 5kg :-(
Have your thought about using more free weights or is it part of the Ant plan to stay with machines?
