Seriously, yes, in part. I'm not looking for an argument, because it's just my opinion, but surely a child of three or four or whatever knows that they are full and can stop eating at a point where they are full. It's just greed on the childs part to keep eating.
not really, it takes 20mins for anyone to register they are full. A child probably has less ability to assess when it is full. If it keeps eating, it is only because the parent has provided more food, if it wants junk food it is only because the parents have given it in the past. They don't know any different.
