Well after being to the gym just 2 times since march 14th it's time to get back into the swing of things! I'm now home from uni and i've just signed up at cannons (who raped me up the bum again the robbing bastards).

I've got 5 weeks till my holiday so my initial goals are to add 0.5 inches to each arm, and lose 1 inch on the waist before then. Seeing as i've barely done any exercise in 2 months i think that's definitely achievable.

Current measurements then:
Waist - 33.5
L bicep - 11
R bicep - 11.25

I'm gonna be doing 3 full bodies and 1 or 2 sessions of HIIT a week, I won't be counting cals but it will be very clean and i'm gonna go against the grain - i'm gonna eat high protein and keep carbs to around training mainly. I want to see if it works basically, no harm in trying.
