whatever. i prefer powders for convenience... one scoop from this tub, another scoop from that tub, add water... shake like a nutter... drink.
better than soak oats for 6 hours, add milk, chop banana, add yogurt, chop fruit, blend, drink, wash blender, slice finger on blade...
