I did:

4x10 a2g squats with a poultry 40kg, that wasn't too hard though, but i didn't want to kill myself

4x6 chins (this should be 4x10 before too long)

Not quite 4x10 dips

And 4x10 1 arm rows with a 16kg db. 16kg!!! Shocking.

Then i was gonna do calves but i was dying so i staggered home.

Diet is gonna be 100% though. I've already decided i'm not drinking 2moro night even though its a big night out. I don't deserve to!
