The problems with sleeping have actually been getting to sleep. Either too hot, thinking about random shit like work or literally just wide awake and getting pissed off because i can't get to sleep!!!

Got to be honest barcode, no point in kidding myself or others for that matter. Try not to make excuses, but when you explain your problems it tends to sound like one!



I had the same sleeping problem once - you could try a technique that helped me out, if you cant get to sleep in bed, get up, sit on a hard chair/somewhere uncomfortable and read a book or something until you start to feel sleepy, then try to go to bed and sleep - you might have to repeat this a few times in a night, but after a week or so you should have trained your brain and body that when it goes to bed it switches off and goes to sleep.
