Well I have been hit in the jaw when kick boxing and gone immediately lights out waking up about 1 ft from the ground. I know pressure points do exist and of course you only have to see boxing to see it or be familiar with boxing to know about it. A neck strike can have a similar effect.
Whether what we are seeing here is real I could not say.
