I know Dr P and others are right, I'm not getting too disappointed just yet. I just want the chance to sell myself, it's not getting that chance that's frustrating.
It really must be so frustrating, especially as a lot of application screen you out before you even put your name on the form with killer questions to stop you wasting too much time on them.
I am sure some of the jobs that I am applying for I would be able to do, but the screening bumps you out - I am learnign to adapt bits of my CV and asking more probing questions of the recruitment consultants to see what the job spec is, and then tweaking accordingly.
