Sorry I missed this PP! It certainly is. Was dreading going to the gym yesterday after a weeks break of food and booze. Work out wasn't too bad at all!

When is the last day of this challenge? I've totally forgotten!

Leg press – 13 reps @ 127.5kg

Calf raise – 12 reps @ 127.5kg

Shoulder press – 8 reps @ 10kgs (+ 1 after 4 secs rest)

Chest press – 9 reps @ 10kg (not good doing this directly after shoulder press)

Lat pulldown – 9 reps @ 42.5kg

Negative chins (unassisted) – 10,10,9,9,8……….nearly at that goal!!

Negative dips (assisted – 5kg) – 5, 4 ,4, 4,
Negative dips (assisted – 12kg) – 6, 5, 5 ,5
Full dips (assisted – 26kg) (to make up for hatred of negatives) 4

Plank – 60 secs – bad plank day

Back extensions on floor – 6 with 20 sec pause at the top.
